라스베가스로 이주를 생각하고 알아보고 있습니다.
실제로 라스베가스에 사시는 분들이 생각하시는 장정과 단점을 알려주세요!
제가 아무리 미리와서 알아본다고 해도 실제 살면 알아봤던 것과 다른 점들이 분명히 있을 것 같거든요.

And how will you make income here? If you have business/ good job, than it's good. Trying to get a job? wouldn't recommend it here.
PROS- If from CA, it's cheaper here- housing prices are lot less than CA.
Best locations are Summerlin & Henderson. Henderson has all the shops and restaurants near by. It's quieter than CA. Smaller than CA. Gas price is similar. Lots of the people moved here past few yrs especially from CA. Lots of people also move out of here. Most people are transplants from other states so we are all in same situations it seems. If you want to lead a quiet life, it's good.
Korean restaurants from CA came here.
CONS- Job Market is not so good. It takes 3-6 months to see a regular MD. Hot weather. Lots of bugs-Grasshoppers size of 2-3 inches and Waterbugs, Scorpions. Water-shower, faucet water have lots of cacium. You need water softner to install in your house otherwise @ apartments, you have to live with calcified water... NV Energy bills are higher than CA. No Korean Market-There's one in Spring Mtn area but most of Koreans don't go there unless they have to. In 2024, H mart will be here.
High Auto Insurance-Terrible driving people, lots of accidents especially driving across parking lots they just drive crazy. School District- do your research first.
Depends what life style you want. It's drier than CA.
Lots of mixture of people came. It's good.
Oh, No state tax here.
Also no state disability benefit here. Only Federal disability is eligible.

프라퍼티 텍스가 낮은편이고
구지 엘에이를 안가도 될 정도로 맛집이 많아요.
도로가 복잡하지 않고 길 차체가 넓어서 운전하면서 2마일 앞까지도 다 보여요.
파킹을 편하게 할 수있고 동전을 따로 안들고 다녀도 되요( 스트릿파킹에 미터기를 본적이 없어요,)
사람들이 심적으로 여유가 있어서 그런지 몰라도 어디에 가도 친절한 편이예요!
공기가 좋아요!
단점은 병원이 최악인것 같아요.
의사를 보려면 최소 1달은 기다려야 하고 아플 때 웍인으로 가지 못해요.
그래서 대부분 사람들이 프라이머리 닥터를 보는게 아니고 얼전케어로 바로 가요
(다만 얼전케어와 ER은 엄청 잘 되어있어요.)
그리고 산부인과나 소아과 등등 한국 의사들이 많이 없어요.
날씨가 한국 날씨 같아요.
겨울에는 너무 춥고 여름에는 너무 덥고..
한국 마켓이 너무 안좋아요.
매번 엘에이에서 4-500불씩 봐와요..
(이번에 H마켓이 들어온다고 하니 기대되네요.)
어느지역이던 장단점이 있겠지만
아직까지는 라스베가스가 엘에이보다는 훨씬 좋아요.
다만.. 나이가 들면 혜택을 잘 주고 병원 시스템이 잘 되어있는 곳으로 이주하고 싶어요.
